Harvard Solutions have been extremely helpful in the design stages of our product development. Whilst our new coffee grinder looked good in CAD and worked well as a prototype, converting that to tooling for mass production is another matter. With so many parts interconnecting and reliant upon the finest of tolerances, any minute inaccuracy or design flaw could render the final product useless. Harvard helped and advised throughout the process, liaising with the factory and helping to find solutions to challenges that emerged on the journey. We are delighted with the result - and more importantly so are our very demanding, gourmet-coffee-loving customers.
